Prickleworth Institute, a government funded agency that investigates unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP), has released a summary of its meticulous investigation into the relatively recent sighting.  The sighting of unexplained lights in formation in Ann Arbor was videotaped on two cell phones. Due to security restrictions, the videos are not accessible to the public.  Prickleworth Institute has been given exclusive access to the full case file, and permission to publish this image and videos for the first time.
